Estimator

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to define project requirements and budgets.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material, labor, and equipment needs.
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure budgets are maintained.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather necessary project details.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
• Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
