- Quantity Takeoffs
- Bid Solicitor
- Pre-Bid Manager
- Preliminary & Detailed estimates for projects ranging from $10k - $5MM
- Scheduler
The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years working as Estimator or Project Manager in Commercial Construction
- Must be familiar with OnScreen Takeoff or similar takeoff software
- Must have familiarity with RS Means Estimating Software
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Word and Excel
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. A clear communicator
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Takes ownership, Attention to detail, upbeat attitude
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent specialized training from a four-year college or technical school
