• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects in the property industry.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine project costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure estimates meet project goals.
• Source and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, and labor costs in Tampa.
• Identify potential cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
