Estimator/Pre-Con - Multifamily

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily and Class A construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure alignment on project specifications.
• Analyze project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
• Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of material and labor costs relevant to the DFW market.
• Provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Ensure all cost estimates adhere to company standards and project timelines.
