Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to determine project scope and specifications.
  • Analyze and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals for compliance with project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain preconstruction schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential project challenges and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare bid packages and participate in bid presentations to clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, labor costs, and material pricing to ensure competitive estimates.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
