Job Description

  • Plan and execute events using Raiser's Edge
  • Assist and support Events and Development team
  • Manage directors' busy calendars, schedule monthly staff meetings, and create agendas
  • Assist with events and production support
  • Present management with budgets and plans for upcoming events
  • Create workshops and presentations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Raiser's Edge

The Successful Applicant

  • Someone who is organized, reliable, and able to juggle a number of different tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Experience creating both big and small events
  • Proficient using Raiser's Edge is required
