We're partnering exclusively with a global manufacturing organization seeking an early-career HR professional to join their team as an HR Business Partner Associate and support the corporate employees. This role offers exposure to strategic HR initiatives while supporting tactical activities across the full employee lifecycle-from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

Job Description

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes in partnership with hiring managers
  • Assist with performance management cycles and employee coaching
  • Gain great hands-on exposure to supporting a corporate population in a growing global company
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee relations and engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to compensation reviews, benefits support, and HR data reporting
  • Participate in strategic HR projects including DEI, organizational design, and compliance audits

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of HR generalist or specialist experience in industrial and global environments
  • Strong foundation in employee relations, recruitment, or performance management
  • A desire to grow professionally within an expanding organization
  • Proficient in BambooHR, ATS platforms, and Excel for data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; SHRM-CP/PHR preferred
  • Bilingual (English/French) a plus
