The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to the Associate Director-Counsel, managing a fast‑paced workflow and serving as a key administrative partner. Job Description

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, calls, briefings, and internal/external engagements
  • Coordinate logistics for legal team meetings, travel, and events
  • Prepare, edit, and manage documents, correspondence, and meeting materials
  • Assist with drafting and formatting legal memos, presentations, and reports
  • Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical), including confidential case documents
  • Support coordination with internal legal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders
  • Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and administrative processes
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure workflow efficiency

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Administrative Assistant should have:

  • Previous Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience required
  • Experience supporting senior leadership, attorneys, or legal teams strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfort handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Professional, proactive, and dependable with strong judgment
