Job Description

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist in managing special projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide support with expense reports and budget tracking.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately.
