A leading financial services firm dedicated to providing exceptional investment solutions to their clients. The team is committed to excellence and innovation in the financial sector, and are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, investors, and board members.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence for the CEO.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed to support executive decision-making.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address issues that may arise.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience (3+ years) working as an Executive Assistant in the financial services industry, supporting a CEO or senior executive.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a positive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
