They have offices across the US and globally, and continue to expand.Job DescriptionProvide high-level administrative support to the CFO, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.Prepare and manage materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, financial documents, and follow-ups.Serve as a liaison between the CFO and internal departments, board members, investors, and external partners.Manage confidential financial information with discretion and integrity.Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, board meetings, and company events.Track key deliverables and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of action items.Assist with financial communications, including the preparation of internal reports, earnings call materials, and investor presentations.Support the CFO in project management, conducting research, and compiling data for decision-making.Act as a gatekeeper and prioritizer for requests to and from the CFO's office.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
