Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and correspondence handling.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the department.
  • Assist in project management activities and follow up on deliverables.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support team goals and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:
