Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate and support special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing for meetings, including agenda creation, document distribution, and minute-taking.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the executive team and administrative staff.
  • Provide backup support to other executives and administrative staff as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum of 5 years experience.
