Guided by compassion and a strong commitment to meaningful impact, the team helps thousands each year find stable housing, supported by innovative, comprehensive care programs.Job DescriptionProvide direct administrative support to the CEO, CAO, and Board members by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.Monitor and respond to emails and communications on behalf of the CEO and CAO to ensure timely follow-up and clarity.Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining smooth and effective communication.Draft, review, and revise correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials for executive use and approval.Plan and coordinate board meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents.Assist with the execution of strategic initiatives by tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and ensuring accuracy.Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Lead and complete special projects as assigned, aligning outcomes with the organization's priorities.Provide support for board-related functions, such as event coordination, documentation, and communication with board members.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
