Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for executives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records with accuracy and discretion.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
  • Track and manage project deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support general office management tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Financial Services Expirence is a MUST
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in providing support to senior executives or similar roles is preferred.
