Job Description

  • Provide executive-level support to one or more Partners and senior attorneys
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule travel (domestic and international)
  • Draft, edit, and proofread legal correspondence and client communications
  • Coordinate time entry, expense reports, and billing processes in accordance with firm policies
  • Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal departments
  • Track deadlines, manage document flow, and ensure attorneys are well-prepared for meetings and court appearances
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting attorneys in a law firm setting (large law firm experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of law firm structure, partner-level expectations, and client service protocols
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal billing/time entry systems (e.g., Intapp, Elite)
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with poise and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
