Our client is seeking a highly experienced and polished Executive Assistant to support a senior executive at a dynamic and fast-paced organization. This role requires a true career EA - someone who has demonstrated long-term commitment, with at least 10 years of continuous experience at a single company in a high-level support capacity.

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive executive support including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft, proofread, and manage high-level communications and presentations
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Track and manage priorities, deadlines, and action items across multiple workstreams
  • Handle expense reports, vendor coordination, and special projects as needed
  • Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively resolve issues before they arise

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience at a single company (required)
  • Proven ability to support C-level or senior executives in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
