Job Description

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, organizing, and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar and email management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries for executives.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory to ensure all resources are available as needed.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
  • Implement and maintain office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
