Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Manage office budgets, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and presentations, handling logistics and materials preparation.
  • Maintain confidential documents and records with discretion and accuracy.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees and manage office-related HR tasks as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant/Office Manager should have:
