This position will be instrumental in supporting the President, Managing Director, and Director of Programming in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Seeking an Executive Coordinator to support the Office of the President.
  • This would be a three month contract.

Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President, Managing Director, and Director of Programming.
  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and logistics for meetings.
  • Organize and prepare meeting materials and reading documents.
  • Handle travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car services) and coordinate dining reservations.
  • Support ad hoc projects, light research, and follow-up tracking.
  • Perform data entry in Excel/Google Sheets, manage expense reports, and handle filing/scanning tasks.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced office setting.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to adapt and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles, particularly in executive support, is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets.
  • A background check may be required (to be confirmed).
