Job Description

  • Lead the DMPK Business Development team in the United States, driving strategic growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage customers, particularly key decision-makers at senior management levels.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Company's capabilities and services, highlighting their potential benefits to target customers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, regularly reporting progress to management.
  • Coordinate and facilitate customer visits to showcase services and capabilities effectively.
  • Conduct industry-specific market research to uncover potential new customers and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Actively participate in industry trade shows and related promotional activities to bolster the Company's presence and reach.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Ph.D. degree in a scientific discipline within the industry is highly desirable.
  • Technical expertise in DMPK is a fundamental requirement.
  • Demonstrated experience of 5+ years in direct DMPK Business Development, ideally at the Director level or higher.
  • Possesses an intricate understanding of the drug development market.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the DMPK CRO domain.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working with diverse cultures and nationalities (preferred).
  • Self-driven and independent.
  • Proficiency in managing direct reports and leading teams.
  • Collaborative mindset, adept at coordinating efforts among multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, multitasking proficiency, and quick learning.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted work environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Highly proficient in DMPK technical aspects.
