Job Description

  • Lead the origination and execution of complex project finance transactions in North America
  • Market and execute project debt and equity financial advisory transactions
  • Cross-sell products that enhance return for the Bank
  • Build and maintain important client relationships within the region
  • Collaborate and coordinate client outreach
  • Contribute to new product development
  • Partner with internal teams and product areas
  • Collaborate with Credit, Syndications, Portfolio Management, Planning, etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree
  • Advance degree preferred
  • Deep understanding of project finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, loan sales & syndication, debt capital markets, financial advisory, investment banking
  • Proactively develop new financing ideas and strategies
  • Cross-sell products that enhance return for the Bank
  • Build and maintain important client relationships
