Job Description

1. Interact directly with founders, their teams, CEO, and other C-level executives to resolve technical issues

2. Partner with technologist and end-users on a broad spectrum of technology projects

3. On-boarding new technology services

The Successful Applicant

1. Prior Executive IT Support experience in a Financial Service company

2. 3-5 YOE with hands-on enterprise help desk or/and IT Support experience

3. Technical and troubleshooting knowledge of Microsoft Office, Exchange, and O365 products

4. Hands-on experience with Active Directory
