Division Specific:About five years ago they launched a Sealant & RestorationThe division grew naturally by providing the sealant work for the precast concrete they are already installingThe division has grown and now takes on contracts for division seven work as a subcontractor and also takes on contracts as the prime contractor for restoration workJob DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Support:Partner with senior executives to define and communicate milestones tied to strategic initiatives.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.Create and present operational analyses and opportunities for improvement to Executive and Senior leaders.Pinpoint and address core issues within business processes and make actionable recommendations. Operational Oversight:Oversee daily operations and identify opportunities for process improvements.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure organizational goals are met.Project Management:Plan, execute, and track cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion.Manage timelines for executive-level initiatives. Communication and Coordination:Serve as a liaison between executives and other teams, ensuring alignment.Build and run cadence for leadership meetings, board meetings, and leadership offsites.Assess all inquiries directed to the CEO, determine priority and the proper course of action.Act as the point of contact for the CEO's team.
