Executive Project Manager

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and progress reports.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
