Description
- Recruit, train and develop salespeople to expand market territory.
- Manage and disperse inbound leads.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to hit monthly sales goals.
- Evaluate new markets and partnership opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, attendance and participation with various industry and professional groups and networking associations.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of home improvement sales experience
- Minimum 2 years management, teaching or coaching experience
- Must be knowledgeable in roofing, siding & windows
- Excellent computer skills
