Our client is seeking a reliable Stock Clerk to support its facilities and office services team. This is a physically demanding role that requires a high level of activity throughout the day, including lifting, stocking, and delivering supplies across multiple floors. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual labor or warehouse roles, and be comfortable with a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Temporary role until July 2025.
  • This role is not a sit down clerical role, it involves lifting up to 50lbs.

Job Description



  • Receive and unpack daily deliveries, verifying contents and inspecting for damage


  • Transport deliveries to designated floors or departments across a 19-floor building


  • Restock supply closets and shelves with items such as office supplies, paper, and other materials


  • Carry and lift heavy items, including cases of paper weighing up to 50 pounds


  • Fulfill and deliver rush supply requests quickly and accurately


  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and supply rooms


  • Coordinate with the Office Services team for any special requests or events requiring supply setup

The Successful Applicant



  • Prior experience in a manual labor or stockroom/warehouse environment strongly preferred


  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly


  • Comfortable with walking and standing for extended periods throughout the day


  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
