Job Description

  • Responsible for on-site coordination of all trades and Nunnelly employees throughout the duration of construction
  • Must drive projects with and maintain formal project schedule, and manage subcontractors to meet project schedules.
  • Completes timely and detailed reporting of daily jobsite activities through daily log software
  • Implements and enforces company safety plan and policies in accordance with all government and company regulations
  • Must schedule and coordinate all subcontractors and material deliveries
  • Must maintain a clean and orderly jobsite
  • Must complete proper safety reporting and documentation for any noncompliance or accidents occurred onsite utilizing company safety forms, and document the events through daily log software
  • Use purchase order requests for materials when required
  • Must continually review all shop drawings for contract and construction document conformance
  • Must maintain up to date jobsite "As-Built/Record" drawings

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have federal ground-up project experience
  • Required to travel to projects in Houston and Austin
  • Maintains a good relationship with clients, architects, and design teams
  • Self-starting, highly motivated and goal oriented
  • Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality
  • Very organized with a systematic approach to tasks to achieve accuracy and efficiency
  • Must be professionally and technically competent
  • Analytical with the ability to examine issues from multiple viewpoints
  • Must work easily with others
