Known for their attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and client-focused service, they are seeking a seasoned FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Project Manager to join their growing team.Job DescriptionLead the full lifecycle of FF&E projects from concept through installation.Coordinate closely with clients, designers, architects, and internal project teams to ensure FF&E selections align with project goals and budgets.Manage FF&E procurement, including sourcing, pricing, negotiating with vendors, and tracking lead times.Maintain detailed FF&E schedules, budgets, and tracking logs.Oversee the delivery, inspection, and installation of all FF&E items.Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to ensure timely and accurate installations.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to FF&E logistics, delays, or product quality.Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and safety standards.Prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
