The company focuses on sustainability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance, enabling clients to meet stringent industry standards while minimizing environmental impact.Job DescriptionThe key responsbilities for the Field Service Engineer III will be:Lead and assist in the installation and commissioning of water treatment systems at customer sites, ensuring all systems meet quality standards and project timelines.Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a range of water treatment systems including reverse osmosis (RO), WFI systems, and ultrapure water units.Diagnose issues efficiently and accurately, implementing corrective actions to restore optimal system performance.Provide high-level support to customers and internal teams, offering guidance on system operation, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.Train customers on system operations, safety procedures, and proper maintenance practices to ensure long-term system reliability.Complete detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation in compliance with company and industry standards.Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for technical support and service needs.Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely, professional, and effective service.Collaborate with internal teams including sales, engineering, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of service solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in water treatment systems and participate in ongoing training and development.If interested, please apply using the link below.
