Formed through the strategic consolidation of leading companies in the fertility sector, my client aims to advance reproductive care by providing comprehensive solutions that support embryologists, clinicians, and fertility clinics worldwide.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer are:Install, calibrate, and configure ART equipment at client sites according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to ART equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site, providing timely solutions for clients.Educate and train clients on proper equipment use, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.Maintain detailed service records, including work orders, reports, and inventory logs.Work closely with internal teams (engineering, sales, and customer service) to ensure seamless support and customer satisfaction.Travel to customer locations within the region and occasionally nationwide to service ART equipment.A full job description will be sent after assessment of candidate's credentials.
