They are seeking a Field Service Technician to cover the Corpus Christi area.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Installation & Setup: Install, configure, and test new equipment, machinery, or systems at customer locations, ensuring proper operation and compliance with manufacturer specifications.Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance. Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment or systems as needed, both remotely and on-site.Customer Support: Provide exceptional on-site customer service, offering technical assistance and guidance to end-users. Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with all services provided.Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and time spent on each service call. Update customer profiles and service logs as required.Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines while working in the field.
