About Our Client

Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team ASAP on a contractual basis. This role requires accounting and finance experience related to residential real estate & the construction industry.

  • Manage analysis for construction, sales & marketing, closeout & transition
  • Prepare monthly Division Finance Reporting packages and present to stakeholders
  • Work with lenders to manage project debt, including monthly loan draws, pay-downs & modifications
  • Review and manage HOA financial statements and billings, prepare funding packages & ensure compliant reporting to community boards
  • Maintain 90-day cash flor for each project

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years accounting and finance experience within residential real estate
  • Experience gathering, evaluating, presenting and reporting financial information to the executive team and investors
  • Completed 4 year degree
  • Advanced Microsoft Office software & ERP Accounting System experience
  • Strong analytic and writing skills
