An international, high-end removals and storage business. Their clients include celebrities and high-net-worth individuals.

Job Description

The role will involve:

  • Responsible for cash allocation for the different business entities
  • Identify the correct application of daily cash receipts and accurately reconcile the U.S region journal entries.
  • Maintain over 630 active accounts across the U.S region to ensure necessary documentation is received, noted, and updated in ERP system
  • The breakdown of allocations will consist of:
  • Posting all cash receipts and updating the cash book
  • Netting off (weekly / monthly)
  • Direct debit set up/processing
  • Direct debit cash receipting
  • Credit card receipts
  • Direct debits (creation)
  • BP - Issue monthly statements
  • Ad hoc duties as advised by your line manager

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will:

  • Must possess Advanced Excel skills
  • Good working knowledge of Word
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Broad aspect of Sales Ledger/Cash Allocation is preferred
