Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
Support cost control and efficiency initiatives within the organization.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
Act as a financial advisor to various departments within the company.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance BP should have:

A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Knowledge of financial systems and tools commonly used in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
