Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and implement annual operating plan and forecasts to accurately reflect current expectations of the business.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with operational Sales leaders in order to accurately influence business processes
- Drive forecast updates and work with senior leadership with create presentations
- Develop working capital targets for the business units and coordinates with various business functions on operating plans and initiatives to ensure successful achievement of targets
- Prepare and reviews monthly results and ad hoc analysis to determine methods of increasing operating productivity through revenue generation, margin expansion and/or cost control
- Work with key leaders to develop contract analytics surrounding larger, complex accounts
- Ensure business activities and processes comply with applicable laws and/or US GAAP
- Actively participates and leads team on customer proposal/RFQ process/new business proposals/bids
- Complete P&L responsibility for lines of business or global functional departments/costs
- Lead the existing finance team: responsible for succession planning, growth focused training, and performance plan development

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate
- 8+ years of relevant commercial finance experience with 3+ years of leadership experience
- Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
- High level ERP system experience (SAP preferred), BI Tool experience (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
- Ability to work with Executive Level leaders and form relationships with peers
- Analytical skills: focus on contract negotiation and efficiency
