My client is a prestigious international luxury goods brand recognized for its high-end products and exceptional craftsmanship. With a global presence and a commitment to excellence, they are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accounting/HR Manager to join their dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing both the financial and human resource functions, ensuring the seamless operation of our business across international markets.

Job Description

Finance (80%)

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Liaise with auditors for quarterly and yearly audit.
  • Liaise with banks - bank reconciliations, payments, submission of monthly reports to banks and bank audits.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
  • Assist in financial audits and coordinate with external accountants.
  • Coordinates with larger team based out at India.



Admin & HR (20%)

  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain HR compliance, including employee records, benefits administration, and labor law adherence.
  • Handle general office administration, vendor management, and operational support.

The Successful Applicant

  • Finance/accounting background with experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and bank relationships.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing, HR compliance, and administrative operations.
  • Strong understanding of credit lines and banking processes.
  • Experience working in SME environments where versatility is key.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
