Job Description

  • Partner closely with operational teams to gather, analyze, and report on financial data, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process efficiency enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives, offering financial guidance and evaluating the financial impact of operational projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, facilitating informed decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis roles, preferably in an operational context.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software.
  • Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting complex financial information and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
