Financial Analyst - Real Estate

• Underwrite prospective commercial real estate investments of varying asset classes utilizing Excel
• Determine key assumptions and scenarios for prospective deals
• Gather relevant market data from brokers, internal research resources, and external data sources and provide backup for key assumptions in every Excel model
• Familiarity with CoStar and other real estate research sources
• Work closely with the Acquisitions team to evaluate a high volume of commercial real estate opportunities
• Proficiency creating financial models in Excel
• Researching commercial real estate data
• Analyzing data and providing realistic assumptions and conclusions, based on the data, in Excel financial models
