• Analyze profitability of construction projects
• Manage and close out projects and manage financial reoorting
• Prepare monthly reports
• Prepare competitive analysis of peer group
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets
• Assist in annual financial audit
• Analyze pipeline to determine likelihood, profitability and staffing needs
• Reforecast budgets throughout the year to incorporate actual performance and pipeline
