Job Description

  • Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management.
  • Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial support for strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess company performance.
  • Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between budgeted and actual results.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting financial performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CPA) is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
