Description

Monitor financial performance and provide insights into performance

Support development of annual operating plans and quarterly financial forecasts
Prepares costing studies of new products in development
Support operational improvements and capital investments with financial analytics
Enhance sales and operational reporting tools
Support ERP development and implementation

Identify trends in expenses and other disbursements
Meet project deadlines and collaborate with various teams

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in business or analytical area

2-3 years' finance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel spreadsheet applications)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
Detail-oriented
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
