You will be a close liaison with the C-suite team in both the US and parent company in the UK.They are looking for a rockstar who can hit the ground running, lead and build out a team, and a be a key strategic player to optimize the growth in the US.Job DescriptionFinancial Controller Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycle, collaborating with department heads and senior management to develop accurate and actionable financial plans.Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making, driving business performance and profitability.Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business initiatives, assess risk, and drive strategic planning.Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities.Manage the financial systems and processes, including Oracle, Hyperion, or Essbase, to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
