Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly support the North American FCC programs with AML, sanctions, and ABC subject matter.
- Provide assistance on key compliance meetings, committees, and initiatives.
- Guide all additional business lines on FCC programs and risks.
- Help with coordination, execution, and preparation of the client's risk assessment.
- Stay up to date on industry changes through participating in related forums and training.
- Assist KYC Operations group on regulatory and policy requirements.
- Work closely with partners in London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.

The Successful Applicant
Successful Candidate Will Have:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a law firm, broker-dealer, regulator, or bank.
- Experience with BSA/USA, Patriot Act, OFAC sanctions, and FCPA.
- CAMS and/or Law Degree is a plus
