Description

  • Develop new and maintain existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal disciplines to exchange information
  • Understand how to provide a better service than our competitors
  • Attend and eventually lead business pitches and client meetings
  • Present and sell suitable candidates to your client
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage
  • Follow-up and ensure successfully placed candidates are happy in their new roles
  • Brief candidates to ensure they are fully prepared for the interview process
  • Support candidates in negotiating mutually beneficial terms

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of business development sales experience and/or 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience
  • Outstanding communication ability and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
  • Confident and pleasant personality
  • Well-organized & have a high attention to detail
  • Enjoy working to targets
  • Taking initiative in Diversity & Inclusion framework
  • Interested or experienced in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment
  • Self-starters with a track record of achievement and the desire to build a career
