Job Description

The key responsibilities entail;

* Development and maintenance of databases, Excel and Word applications to support Financial Operations production

* Assist with monthly responsibilities including account billing support, database development and programming applications.

* Support the development and implementation of new corporate systems that are integral to Financial Operations

* Continuously evaluate current operational efficiencies and implement process improvements that streamline activities, introduce new technologies, reduce operating expenses & cycle time

* Partner with business areas to define and implement new or enhanced technological solutions to business needs.

* Supports departmental goals by designing systematic processes in departmental projects & corporate initiatives.

* Development, generation, and analysis of information/reports related to the management of Financial Operations.

* Ensure proper financial balancing and controls are established for operational processes. The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess;

* Undergraduate Degree in related industry

* Proficiency in the development of analytic applications especially SQL, Access and Excel

* Strong data management skills, including database development and management

* Effective oral and written communication skills

* Ability to independently document business requirements and system requirements

  • Experience with SAP & Envision
  • Strong Excel skills
