Job Description

· Face off with clients to help take in new work, manage relationships, deliver talent into their organizations

· Consult our clients on best recruitment practice, be it process, salary levels, where to find talent

· Source top candidates via LinkedIn, Internal Database, job boards

· Learn about the Financial Technology recruitment market

· Target and acquire new business or re-engage historic accounts that are no longer active

· Manage full recruitment cycle, from intake call > Sourcing > Screening > Process Management > Offer > Onboarding

The Successful Applicant

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited University, ideally within Business, Finance, Economics, or Technology

· 1 - 5 Years fully cycle recruitment experience (Sourcing to Offer) from either in-house or Agency

o Ideally recruiting for candidates within a STEM or Financial sector

· If no Recruitment experience, 3+ years of working in a client facing sales position with a track record of hitting Quota

· A genuine interest or willingness to learn about Capital market, financial technology, and technology

· Very strong written and verbal communication skill

· Ability to work both collaboratively but also on your own

· The desire to be a top performer
