Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with the legal department to develop and manage financial models and budgets.
  • Provide insights on financial performance and identify trends to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the pro services industry or legal space is a plus.
