Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of four financial analysts, fostering their professional development.
  • Act as the functional lead for FP&A tool implementation, partnering with consultants on system design, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide insights on end-user needs and business processes to guide the design phase.
  • Take ownership of the system's functionality, serving as the business process owner for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Review system designs, identify potential gaps or issues, and collaborate with the technical team on necessary customizations.
  • Conduct thorough system testing to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Train end-users on system capabilities to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization.
  • Work independently while maintaining transparent communication with the team, offering updates and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support vendor selection and integration efforts, focusing on tools such as OneStream or Hyperion.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, MBA preferred
  • 6+ years of FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience designing and implementing an FP&A tool is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter and driven
  • Flexibility to work from home, with travel to the office a few days a week
