Our client is looking for a dynamic and strong fp&a leader to lead the team during these expansions.The FP&A Manager will be managing a team of a few analysts, as well as owning the FP&A function with the Director of FP&A. You'll be working through the forecasting, budgeting and planning for the organization on a monthly and yearly basis, while also integrating newly acquired organizations.Job DescriptionFP&A Manager Responsibilities:Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and KPIs to assess overall business performance and support strategic decisions.Lead development of multi-year strategic financial plans and annual financial calendars in partnership with cross-functional teams.Build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate scenarios, guide planning, and support M&A due diligence and integration.Serve as a key partner to Sales and Marketing, providing P&L insights on pricing, new business, and product launches.Drive preparation and consolidation of monthly CFO and Board reports, delivering clear, actionable financial insights.Oversee OPEX budgeting and forecasting, identifying key trends and collaborating with budget owners to optimize performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
